I had tried several out of the box HVAC companies before a friend told me about Absolute Air. The other companies kept trying to sell me a new system I didn't need at the time. Absolute Air came and did a thorough analysis and told me all of my options to get my ducts repaired. From Carol on the phone, to Cole in the field, to Josue and all the techs, every staff member is courteous and takes their time to explain possible options and what to costs to expect. I love that they are local to Martinez and a family owned business. I will ONLY hire Absolute Air to repair and maintain my HVAC system. When the time comes to get a new one, I already know who I am going to call!

I phoned Absolute Air at 8:00 AM to service my Daikin split system that cools my Garage. They had a service man at my home at around 11:00 AM that same day. The system was no longer cooling my garage. Their service man Mike determined the line that is connected to the condensing unit was leaking at the fitting that ties the line to the unit. Mike cut and re-flared the line. He tested the system then he recharged the system and was done by 1:30pm. I was impressed with how quickly Mike found the problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any HVAC servicing.
I’ve had service from Absolute Air for over 23 years. Anthony and his team have been great to work with. Professional , punctual , helpful with good advice & highly skilled are words I’d use to describe this family owned company. Some of the work done for me has been - replace furnace , install brand new whole house instant hot water heater , brand new air conditioning including ductwork and repair , emergency repair of 2 geothermal water heat pumps and regular maintenance. All of this work has been done well and on time. Plus Absolute Air has advocated for me when there were warranty issues with a unit even without my knowledge.
