I loved that they walked me through troubleshooting for potential problems rather than setting up a billable service call that may just have been a simple fix. It wasn't, and I ended up having them replace a 35 year-old hot water heater. They walked me through options, presented me with advice, and were very transparent about costs. Robert, the pro who performed the installation, was great. He was professional, answered every question, provided maintenance advice, and was readily available to answer some additional questions after the installation was complete and he had left. I would absolutely recommend Action Plumbing and Heating Maintenance to anyone who lives within their areas they serve.
What a great experience and I truly felt like I was part of the family! I had a leaky toilet and April from the office was able to fit me in right away which was nice. James came to fix the leak and he also took the time to share with me some great tips for keeping the inner workings of my home flowing smoothly which was icing on the cake! First of all I will give 6 stars for Action Plumbing but there’s only 5 listed. Seriously though they showed up early after a same day appointment. The technician was polite courteous and professional. Service at Action is there #1 attribute. A family business with high standards and quality of service. Just as important their price is extremely competitive especially for the service they provide
Our ancient furnace decided to not turn the blowers back on again after a couple days off. I was able to get a same-day appointment. Trevor, the service technician, was able to identify and fix the issue during the same visit. I was delighted with the service and speed, especially since tonight it is going to freeze really hard. Thanks so much Action! Update: The quick fix lasted 6 hours but Trevor was able to come out the very next day and replace the part as they keep old parts at their shop. Great cost and efficiency.
