Given the safety concerns, he didn’t hesitate and made arrangements to replace the furnace that same day. I am a no bullshit type of person and they gained my respect immediately so I did not feel the need to get a quote from anyone else. Within two hours, a full crew was onsite. The installation team was efficient, skilled, and extremely respectful of my father’s home. They worked quickly, paid attention to every detail, and left the area spotless when the job was done. Installed a new furnace and ductwork. A good price. Scheduling was a bit delayed but understandable given their delivery issues and other customers’ more urgent needs. All communications were timely and delays reasonable. They never adversely affected my renovation schedule and were always timely. The quality of their work was excellent, and at times innovative. I will use them again and again.
