We had an amazing experience purchasing our upgraded travel trailer! Ralph and Danny in the sales department were incredible and truly helped us achieve our dream of upgrading. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and we really appreciated all the hard work they put into unpacking and handling our old trailer. The finance department was also amazing to work with — friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. All went well, picked it up Tuesday and now at the KOA in Manchester(two days later )enjoying our new rig. Alex showed us all the functions and answered all my questions. Ralph was our sales representative and helped to seal the deal. This is our second Airstream from Bay Area dealer and Ralph helped us the first time around as well. We traded in a 2022 20’BasecampX on this 2026 international model 25fb. Base camp was nice, for a starter rig , but this one is so much nicer! All kinds of room and storage inside and out. Automatic awning and stabilizer jacks is a plus. We love it!! Tim was fun to wheel and deal with and Anna made the paperwork go fast and smooth. Juan installed an equalizer hitch and dialed it in perfectly. Thanks Bay Area airstream!
Brent sold me our latest Airstream. He's a good guy. The pricing was right and their selection is good. Alex gives a good run through/introduction. They've cut down their personnel so I think the employees are under stress. Prices for parts and service are too high I think, but they are responsive.
Bay Area Airstream was beyond helpful throughout the purchase of my 2026 Airstream Trade Wind 25' FBQ with Hatch. Nice experience working with Brent and Dan at Airstream Adventures. Low pressure, lots of info, and they showed us around just about every style they had. We wanted something slightly different than what they had on hand and they were able to get a more rare combination of configurations to us right from the factory! I'd recommend Airstream Adventures.
