I had a great experience with this service, handled by Mike. My understanding is that Mike took over from Frank a few years ago. Mike came out for a washer repair on my 1986 Kenmore which I hoped to save. He worked his butt off trying to track down the parts, as the machine needed to be rebuilt, and ultimately could not locate everything. But I was super impressed with the effort he made, and his generosity and graciousness in putting hours into research all for the initial diagnostic fee of 100, even after it became apparent that he was losing money on the job. I also had Mike fix my elderly gas stove. He was highly competent, did a great job with the stove. Throughout I found him to be dedicated and professional, always staying in touch via text with updates about status and his arrival times. I will call him again for future appliance repairs.
Frank has been great for us, always there when ever a cooler goes down in either our Belmont fine wine & spirits or Menlo Park fine wine & spirits. Great service and comes same day if he can. Very professional and personable. Did great speedy work and helps advise on new builds and making systems more efficient as we take over out dated refrigeration systems. Been very pleasant to deal with.
I have always gone to Frank for any freezer problems i have had. Frank always come within the day or 2. also very fair pricing. i’ve had bad experience with other companies so I only go to Frank because I do not feel like I’m getting cheated. I will always go to them and recommend to everyone
Mike and his team replaced my furnace. They were very professional, clean and efficient. A job well done! I will definitely use again and recommend to my friends and my family! The new management under Mike is amazing!
Michael Aredo is a wonderful technician. He is knowledgeable and prepares for his visit. He’s great at communication and keeping me updated. He helped us with our dryer issues. Will definitely recommend him.
