We had a great experience with AllTech. They responded quickly on one of the hottest days this year. The AllTech technician Jascelle Mayo was especially helpful. She was professional, knowledgeable, and had everything working again quickly. We appreciated the fast response and excellent service.
Eddie & his team did a fantastic pipe replacement on my 1948 home on a slab foundation. The foundation had completely cracked the pipe. Had to break up foundation in my office - taking care not breakup more than was needed. Job took most of day. Cleanup was great and I'm extremely satisfied.
Will is amazing! He did a really great job addressing the plumbing issues at my condo, and he also helped fix a bathroom leak at my parents’ home. I’m very grateful that the company dispatcher was able to accommodate us when we specifically requested Will. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. We truly appreciate his help!

JT took time to explain what to expect as far as cooling rates. Just a little/minor point though— I asked to retain my old thermostat which is less than 6mos old. Manny did, but I believe he disposed of or brought with him inadvertently the wall base wire connectors. Hope to get it back? My thermostat is useless without it. Just to add, I appreciate both of them for working on the hottest day of the year. Thank you guys! Alan Le: great and patient. My upstairs HVAC unit abruptly stopped cooling a few days ago and after a really bad experience with my previous HVAC service company I did some market research and decided to try AllTech Services and boy was I throughly impressed! My Technician Carlos Jones, was prompt, courteous and highly knowledgeable. Carlos, troubleshot, and isolated the problems with my HVAC. After which he gave me a detailed explanation of the options, without any up sale. His overview and repairs were well documented and summarized in a highly informative and practical manner. My experience with Carlos was so impressive that I was compelled to also sign up for the Annual Maintenance Plan. Thanks Carlos for the awesome job! Best regards David
