ALLTEC HVAC

My upstairs HVAC unit abruptly stopped cooling a few days ago and after a really bad experience with my previous HVAC service company I did some market research and decided to try AllTech Services and boy was I throughly impressed! My Technician Carlos Jones, was prompt, courteous and highly knowledgeable. Carlos, troubleshot, and isolated the problems with my HVAC. After which he gave me a detailed explanation of the options, without any up sale. His overview and repairs were well documented and summarized in a highly informative and practical manner. My experience with Carlos was so impressive that I was compelled to also sign up for the Annual Maintenance Plan. Thanks Carlos for the awesome job! Best regards David

Sidney is amazing, this guy is honestly so kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. He came to our house to fix our water heater when our vanity was leaking and we loved him so much we requested him back over two years later. That’s how great of an impression he left! Julian was apprenticing under him and was so nice as well. We’ve had other techs come to the house and honestly every one of them has been great. Definitely worth the price for the service and quality of work you get!

I had a very concerning experience with individuals representing AllTech Services, Inc. They arrived on our street using a personal blue Chevy truck and a company van, parked in our reserved spot, and became extremely aggressive when asked politely to move. One of the men threatened me with a box cutter, which forced me to contact the police. Their behavior was violent, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. If this is a reflection of how AllTech Services operates or the type of people they employ, it raises serious concerns about their professionalism and integrity. I would strongly caution anyone before doing business with this company

I cannot recommend Johnathan from AllTech enough! He was incredibly professional, took the time to put on shoe covers, and clearly explained exactly what was wrong with my system. He diagnosed the issue, offered honest feedback on my repair options without being pushy, and set me up with a free estimate for a replacement unit. He was Fast, clean, and friendly. Jonathan definitely represented his company well and if this is an example of the type of people at this company employees, I will definitely be using them for all future maintenance! All tech provided some of the best customer service I have seen so thanks to them and thanks to Jonathan

I called Alltech to get some plumbing work done. Adam showed up and after I told him what was needed, he explained the best way to fix. Adam definitely a nice guy and seems very knowledgeable regarding plumbing. I was comfortable letting him do the job. And he did do a great job, very quickly.
