I’m usually not one to leave reviews but when I see a company that does everything in their power to make their customers happy, I want to make sure they are acknowledged. I was having issues with my heater and I needed it repaired ASAP. I did a little bit of research and decided to give Aquinas a try. I told them what was going on with my heater and they were able to come out the very same day! They were able to repair my heater for an affordable price. Andy is very knowledgeable and you can tell he always puts his customers first! I would definitely recommend Aquinas to anyone in need of an HVAC technician.
I never ever leave a review but I had to recognize Joe for his impeccable service and professionalism. My husband was out of town and I was 98% sure I broke our AC. Trying to get this fixed before my husband came home (haha) I found Aquinas and called the service manager immediately. After explaining my situation and the urgency to get this done sooner rather than later, Joe was very accommodating and understood my need to get serviced ASAP. I have to commend this company for their efficiency and while Joe was very knowledgeable his good intentions were very apparent. I took a chance on Aquinas when my uncle was having problems with his AC. Joe was able to come out and look at it within 24 hours. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his work.
