We had a new heat pump installed, Carlos was very responsive and the team was able to get working right away. Work done was of great quality and the price was very fair. They also came by to fix some other issues and to make sure all the final inspections went well. Would recommend for future work!

I was really impressed with Balcom Heating and Air. Our heater broke right in the middle of a cold snap. They came out quickly and were able to diagnose that the circuit board was malfunctioning. They ordered and installed a new board in less than 24 hours and we have heat again! Carlos and Alex are great! Highly recommended.
