Definitely one of the very best experiences I've had with an HVAC Company. Baytek installed a new Heating & Air Conditioning System. I had several companies provide quotes. Baytek not only had the best price, but was the most responsive and explained everything in detail. As a Landlord living outside of the area, they made the process very easy for me. Baytek scheduled directly with my Tenant and communicated with me the scheduled agreed time. They provided me with before and after photos and my Tenant was very pleased. Edgar and his team did an outstanding job. I very much appreciate their service and quality.

Our A/C sytem was on the fritz just before a major heat wave. I messaged Baytek after the previous company I used didn't return my calls. I heard back the next day and Edgar came out and diagnosed the problem. He and one of his guys came by the following day and fixed it in less than two hours. We definitely recommend Baytek and will be using them in the future.
