I reached out to Bell HVAC to clean my dryer duct. They indicated they would clean and inspect my dryer duct after cleaning, and provide a report on the inspection. During my appointment I was surprised to find that a subcontractor was performing the work, not Bell HVAC, which was not mentioned to me while booking my appointment. The subcontractor wasn't aware of the details of my appointment and I had to inform them that the appointment was for dryer duct cleaning. They also did not perform an inspection after cleaning the duct, which was part of the services agreed upon. I have also been unable to receive an invoice for the work completed, which is very unusual. I have called Bell HVAC three times to try to work through my complaints and have requested an invoice each time, but I still have yet to receive any documentation on the work completed. My experience has not been good and I would recommend finding another HVAC service. It may be possible that experiences are better working with the Bell team directly, but it doesn't seem like there is any way to know during your appointment booking whether or not you will get an actual employee of the company or an outside subcontractor.
My wall heater and thermostat were replaced by Oscar and his crew. I m happy and confident with their service. Reasonable price as well
Hands down the most professional home service company I've ever hired. I have a 2,800 sq ft house with 22 vents and they cleaned every single one to perfection. The technicians were certified, knowledgeable, and took their time. They didn't just vacuum the vents - they cleaned the main trunk lines, returns, air handler, and even sanitized and deodorized the entire system with an EPA-approved antimicrobial spray. They also washed all my vent covers and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. My energy bill last month was $85 lower because my HVAC doesn't have to work as hard anymore. Worth every single penny and then some.
Professional, punctual, and incredibly detailed. The technician walked me through everything and answered all my questions. You can tell they take pride in their work. After the cleaning, there is noticeably less dust on my furniture. If you need air duct cleaning, look no further.
