I consider myself lucky for this one. I just found Blown Away just clicking around Google Maps for some local HVAC company to help with my issue. Turns out the owner Ryan was in the area, so he came out and was very helpful and knowledgeable. There is a first visit fee (some companies call it diagnosis fee, or truck charge, just for sending a guy out to your house) but I take that opportunity to ask a lot of questions and learn about my AC system while trying not to interrupt his process. Ryan was able to answer all my questions. He is an expert and has a long connection to the local area. Next time my ac needs maintenance or service I’ll just call them.
I highly recommend Blown Away to whoever is looking any work to be done for heating/cooling. The owner is very experienced in this industry and does business the right way and wants to make sure his customers are satisfied with their service. I had a system previously installed and now needed a re-balancing of the airflow. They were easy to work with to schedule and get everything set up. They came by and addressed the issue and made sure I was happy with everything. I certainly was and even had a little chat with them and they genuinely want to be there for anyone in need.

WOW - Ryan responded so quickly to our A/C unit problem. Just as it was getting hot outside, our A/C didn't want to work. We tried a couple of things on our own, but no luck. A friend recommended Blown Away and Ryan lived up to the company's name - he blew us away with his responsiveness, expertise and professionalism (plus, he's a great guy)... Our A/C was up and running in less than 30 minutes and my wife could not have been happier - she was home sick without A/C until Ryan arrived. We highly recommend Ryan and Blown Away!
Blown Away is the Best! Ryan does a great job in keeping me running with heat and AC. Their preventative maintenance checkups are reasonable and make sure everything is in good running order to keep us going in the summer and winter.
