We purchased a new home almost a year ago and our home builder had blue mountain come out to check a few things, I just want to say I was impressed with the customer service I received from this company today ! The technician was able to explain and go over my concerns, and everything is working as designed.

Just had service done from Blue Mountain and being without cool air for the whole weekend was painful due to us not being under warranty made the beginning communication a little rough. But, when Richard came to the house it was a breath of fresh air. He was friendly, helpful answered all of my questions and didn't try to rush the job. He took his time to check off all the boxes on what the problem could have been and at the end of the day it was just a blown fuse and no specific reasoning as to why it blew. But over all he fixed it and checked the system to ensured we were good to go. He also gave recommendations as to how to maintain our system like changing filters regularly and cleaning coils periodically. He was very helpful, and just his service alone would make me want to move forward with the possibility of joining their membership just to maintain our HVAC system. Great job Richard we need more friendly & helpful hard workers like you. Thank you Sir. 🙏👍
