Our experience with Blue Star Air Conditioning & Heating was nothing but exceptional. In May, our original AC would not blow cold air. We called Jeff and he had his technician Colten at our home the very next business day. Colten worked for 6 hours, trying everything he could to revive our ancient unit. After multiple attempts, it was clear a replacement was needed. From the quote to the installation, everything moved quickly and smoothly. The installation team was professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job installing everything in one day. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. My older AC system needed a couple of pounds of R22, and he added stop-leak and UV dye as well to minimize future refrigerant loss, and help find any leakage if it does occur. The service I received was everything I expected, and price was fair. I highly recommend Blue Star Heating and Air Conditioning.
Colton was great. He found the problem right away and did a temporary fix to get my a/c running until he could get the right part ordered. He also made sure every inside was working well. He very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. And I had quite a few.
