Our experience with Blue Star Air Conditioning & Heating was nothing but exceptional. In May, our original AC would not blow cold air. We called Jeff and he had his technician Colten at our home the very next business day. Colten worked for 6 hours, trying everything he could to revive our ancient unit. After multiple attempts, it was clear a replacement was needed. From the quote to the installation, everything moved quickly and smoothly. The installation team was professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job installing everything in one day. Now we have a wonderful unit that keeps the house cool all day long better than our old unit ever did! We highly recommend Blue Star, they truly went above and beyond!
The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. My older AC system needed a couple of pounds of R22, and he added stop-leak and UV dye as well to minimize future refrigerant loss, and help find any leakage if it does occur. They are professional and take care of any issues that may pop up. Great tech with professionalism and understanding a clients needs as to what the found and corrected. A good choice
My AC stopped working and decided to try Blue Star based on their customer reviews compared to other companies. They sent out a technician to check out the problem. The technician temporarily fix the problem and said he would need to come back again to do a full repair. I was quoted and paid the exact amount I was quoted. No upsell and very professional.
