Boden Plumbing Heating & Air

Boden Plumbing has been to our house many times for several different issues over the years including heating, air conditioning and plumbing. EVERY single time I am so thankful for them! Tony was our guy today, he was exactly on time, incredibly helpful and I could not have been happier with his advice! I highly recommend Tony and Boden.

Charged $130 to look at a nearby plumbing issue for less than 5 minutes but not fix it. Did not tell mention ahead of time there was an exorbitant "dispatch fee." Also they offered no information on how to fix buildup on the pipes under the sink. Literally just said "i don't know why its like that." I told them I was replacing the vanity and wanted to fix the plumbing issue under the sink before I fixed the vanity. They told me they don't know why its like that and did not tell me any solution to fix it. But now I will need to hire someone else to fix it anyway. Its not even connected to the vanity so idk why it couldn't be fixed ahead of replacing the vanity. Apparently they can charge whatever they want before asking if you agree and then also accuse you of lying. I assumed I would have been quoted on the cost for actually fixing the plumbing issue under my sink, but all I was offered is a phone number to call one of the techs at another time. I assume another dispatch fee would apply lol. Ironically, they would prefer I would have communicated with them prior to blasting them on a review while I would have preferred they communicate with me prior to charging me a lot of money. Never assume anything wa free, just wanted to be informed before being charged. And also wanted them to do the actual repairs I needed. I called them to find out how much it costs and when repairs could happen relative to vanity install an they gave me no info, offered a phone number for side work later, charged me anyway, and are claiming I refused the work. Not sure why you would send a tech at all when they were not interested in doing any work.

Boden Plumbing has done multiple projects, small and large, for my house. They are always professional, friendly, and highly competent. They worked with me to resolve multiple sewage drainage issues including redoing the drain lines under the house. They were there promptly after I snapped off a spigot, and they quickly and skillfully fixed it so that a potentially major repair was avoided. They work together as a team, so when a challenging issue comes up the most knowledgeable people are there to work out the best solutions. Not inexpensive but recommended.

Our experience was wonderful. Our service technician was Rudy and his assistant was Emanuel. They arrived so promptly and were able to locate and solve the problem immediately. They were professional, courteous and most helpful. Also, the price for their services was extremely reasonable. We will have Boden on our speed dial for any future plumbing needs. 3/25/15 We just had Boden install a new gas water heater on the second story of our townhouse. Our technician was Andy Moody. The service was stellar. All of our furniture and carpeting was carefully protected. Andy was patient, courteous and efficient. Can't thank them enough for the piece of mind that was purchased today, as our existing water heater was 18 years old. 10/3/18 With guests from out of state, the downstairs bathroom decided to become the center of attention. Thankfully, Boden once again solved our problem in a very efficient and professional manner. Our technician was Dustin. He was great.

Extremely customer focused. They set up a service appointment the same day I called. The plumber was very pleasant and professional. He took little time to assess the problem and proceeded to make the repairs. When he was done everything was cleaned up and working to our satisfaction. I'd highly recommend this company.
