Jay is the owner of Bradford cleaning and air. My experience with this company has been excellent. He is very professional. He showed up on time and his work is exemplary. He worked on our air conditioner and saved us approximately 10k. He also worked on air vent cleaning and dryer event cleaning. I would recommend him without any hesitation. His prices are lower than the other companies I spoke with. Jay takes great pride in a job well done. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Last year we were having a hard time finding a company that could repair or replace our dryer vent until we finally came across Bradford. We were very pleased with the work the did, as well as their fair price. Ditto for when our heater stopped working this spring. A week after they repaired ou heater they called to make sure there were no issues with it. We really appreciate their freindly, service-oriented approach.
Had our house heater winter pre-check done by Bradford Air Heating for the 3rd time in 8 years. The service person Jay B, arrive around time promise. He was very polite and efficient, he did the maintenance check and cleaned up before leaving. Happy customer will use them again.
Bradford Air and Heating is our new go to company for HVAC. They stepped right up to the challenge when our old company quit servicing commercial accounts without notice. We had a BIG emergency and they took great care of us. They had a technician out very promptly, even in the middle of the heatwave! Instead of charging us a premium service call to come try to upsell us a new unit they fixed the fan unit in our condenser and made recommendations to keep our systems in good order until they truly need replacing.
