We used Brandon's Air Duct Cleaning for duct cleaning and mold removal in the attic and around the HVAC system, and we were very happy with the results. Brian was very responsive and scheduled the service quickly so we could get back to normal right away. Brian and his team did an excellent job. They cleaned the ductwork, removed the mold, sanitized the affected areas, and sealed things properly to help prevent future growth. They also took great care of our belongings and left everything clean. The technician who came later to retest the air quality also said the work was done very well and even exceeded expectations. Overall, we are very pleased with the service and how quickly everything was handled.
We recently hired Brandon's Air Duct Cleaning to clean the air ducts on three levels of our home. We had duct cleaning done before, but that earlier service was too fast and did not clean the vents and ductwork well. This time, the team took extra care to clean each duct thoroughly, remove built-up dust, and improve the airflow through the house. The full job took a little longer than first expected, but everything was handled in a very professional way from start to finish. brian and melvin were careful, respectful, and explained the process clearly. We noticed a big improvement in indoor air quality, cleaner vents, and easier breathing after the service. i would definitely recommend this air duct cleaning service to anyone wanting better airflow and a cleaner home.
Melvin and Brian came over to clean my air ducts and vents. They were very thorough and even shared helpful tips on keeping the system running smoothly. While working, they noticed a small issue with one of the vent covers and explained what needed to be done. After finishing up, they left the place spotless—my floors looked even better than before! Melvin made sure I felt good about their pricing and suggested I check around if I wanted. This is the second time I've used Brandon's Air Duct Cleaning, and their trustworthy service keeps me coming back. I’ll definitely have them return to take care of the vent cover soon.
We are extremely satisfied with the air duct cleaning services we received! Our dryer vent became disconnected and we needed quick help. After calling, the company scheduled us within just a couple of days. Brian came out and did a fantastic job fixing the dryer vent, even though it was in a really tight and tricky spot. He made sure everything was cleaned up really well afterward. Because he was so friendly, careful, and professional, we decided to get a full air duct cleaning for our home in Mountain View. The following week, Brian and Melvin arrived for the air duct cleaning. They were both friendly and paid great attention to detail throughout the whole job. Our ducts and vents feel so much fresher now, which is perfect for the warm California weather. We’re very happy with the service and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing air duct or dryer vent cleaning in Mountain View!
melvin was top notch. he came to our home in mountain view to clean out our air ducts and vents. he was very professional and took time to explain every step of the duct cleaning process, which really helped us understand what was happening. his knowledge about air systems made us feel confident we were in good hands. the air in our house feels fresher and we noticed less dust afterward. we’ll definitely call brandon's air duct cleaning again when it’s time for another cleaning, but you really don’t need it every year if it’s done right the first time. best air duct cleaning service we’ve had so far!
