Freddy identified a problem with my heater during service visit. Not trying to sell anything played out all my options and prices- suggested optimal solution. Once I agreed, he negotiated final price with the owner and basically managed the crew installing new heater. The crew was great and did the job quickly. Freddy followed up with me and accommodated my concerns with new thermostat. Came next day and installed a new one. Unbelievable quality of service that we may not see such frequently. I contacted Cal Bay to get a furnace tune up before we head into the winter months. I was so grateful for the honest experience I had when the tech came, did a basic once over and noted that my furnace was in good shape and did not in fact need a tune up. He gave me some advice on how to maintain it on my own as well, and left with no charge for his time or advice. Much appreciated!
