I had a water heater issue at the apartment complex where I work, and the team from CHC really stepped up. From the first call to the final fix, they were responsive, professional, and easy to work with.
What stood out most was how far they went to help get everything resolved. They took the time to troubleshoot the problem thoroughly, explained what was going on in plain terms, and worked efficiently to get hot water restored for our residents. They also coordinated well with other vendors and made sure nothing fell through the cracks.
Huge shoutout to Juan and Kevin—they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled right. Their attention to detail and willingness to stick with the job until it was fully resolved really made a difference.
It’s not always easy dealing with equipment issues on a property, but they made the process smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend CHC to anyone needing reliable boiler or water heater service.

Nice people, very politely. Driver friendly. No appointment is needed. Unloading takes about 20 minutes and starts right after checking in.
