We used Clayton Brothers to repair our heater. Nathan was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable . He found the issue with our heater quickly and ordered the parts, he had us up and running within days of coming out to diagnose the problem. They were very reasonably priced and I highly recommend them.
Our air conditioner was not providing cool air on friday, July 11 when the temperature was in the high 90s. We called Clayton Brothers that night, left a message and received a call back, from Nate, early Saturday morning. By 1:00 that afternoon Nate had checked out our air system, cleaned some contacts in the unit and we were back with cool air. Thanks for the quick response, your knowledge & service. Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of a triple-digit heatwave over a holiday weekend. I called Clayton Brothers on the holiday thinking that I would need to wait until the next business day, but Nathan called me back within an hour and was able to arrive at our home within two hours! Amazing service from Clayton Brothers. Our AC crapped out Sunday night. Called Nathan at Clayton Brothers Monday morning (Labor Day) Nathan was very friendly on the ca and asked if he could stop by in a couple hours. Of course! I said. He showed up 90 minutes later and had our AC blowing cold within 30 minutes. Very reasonable rate too. Nathan didn't charge a holiday or emergency rate either. Fantastic friendly service. Will use him again if needed and will refer my friends and family to them.
