Martin came to install a Nest Thermostat. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and patiently walked me through the process. Then when the faceplate arrived he came back and installed it. Great service.

It has been a month now, and our heating and cooling systems have been working FLAWLESSLY! What's more, our power bill is significantly lower! To top it all off, the experience was relatively painless. The needed parts were reasonably priced; we checked online. Martin was eager to resolve our problem and show us that he had the ability to take care of us. He came out right away, he did what he said he was going to do, and everything went smoothly. Finally, we are selling this house so he knew our approach and that when all was said and done, we needed, in writing, a confirmation that would help us transfer this system to the new owners with confidence. Wow - I can’t say enough good things about Martin and the Comfort Response Team. I got three bids to help us out with replacing our heat pump. Each company was pushing us to buy and entirely new system at great cost. Martin came by and talked through a much more reasonable approach, which allowed us just to replace the heat pump. In addition to saving us $5K, I was impressed by how knowledgeable, communicative and nice he was. A few days later he completed the project, keeping me informed about each step in the process. And didn’t leave until everything was clean and working. The estimate and invoice were efficient and via email, which is helpful. Definitely will be our go-to HVAC provider from now on!
