We have been using Concord HVAC Service and Repair for many years for our furnace repairs and maintenance, and they always provide excellent service at a fair price. Our technician today was Tanner, and it was the first time we had him. I’ll definitely ask for him again in the future. Our furnace system is pretty complex, and it’s not always easy to figure out what’s wrong. Tanner thought it might be an electrical problem, and after a careful inspection, he found a blown fuse in the attic. He replaced the fuse, and our heating is working perfectly again. He was polite and thorough, checking every part of our furnace and even made multiple trips up to the attic in the hot weather. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and the professionalism shown.
Chris and his team did an excellent job replacing our HVAC system. Chris runs a tight ship, he’s on time, every time. We had a special circumstance and needed him to work closely with two other contractors to do the job, and he worked very well with everyone to get the job done and done well. He and his team are also very kind and a pleasure to work with. I’m very happy we went with Devil Mountain!
