HONESTY! Front and center... I literally had another company (who gave me a 1-3pm window and came at 4pm with no call!)... come the day before and tried to tell me it was a $385 part with a $195 labor cost... when the fix was a $10 fuse + general house call fee... Conditioned Aire came at 2pm on the dot (with a 2-4pm window), professional, courteous, called me 15 mins prior to give me an update, and was upfront and completely honest about the repair! 100,000% would recommend to ANYONE out there who needs HVAC service or repairs!!! Our Air Conditioning broke down completely while it was over 100 degrees. The staff did what they needed to do for getting me an appointment the same day. Brett showed up and was able to get us back and running. Highly recommend them. Big thanks to Tristan too for his earlier visit and professionalism. Great customer service all around.
