Mark and Shari Constantini can't be beat for the quality of work they perform, their integrity and most importantly what kind and friendly human beings they are. They have a long-standing, wonderful business you can count on for excellence in value, reliability, punctuality and doing what they say they will. How often does that happen these days? They just finished replacing our 29 year old AC unit today (which Mark himself installed here back in '97!) and did the usual great job. Meticulous, paying attention to every detail and making sure the customer is satisfied is how they do business and we are so grateful to have them to keep our HVAC systems running well. You won't find any nicer folks doing a better job than Mark and Shari Constantini, so give them a call when you want the job done right. We very highly recommend them in every way!
10 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH On one of the hottest days of the year my AC stops working. August 24th I called One Hour Air they made a appointment for me on Sept 9th. I then asked a friend for the name of a good HVAC contractor he said to call Mark, he came the same day, got me up and running and didn't want to charge me to boot. I will be using Mark in the future
The proprietor, Mark Constantini, stopped by after 5PM on a Friday evening prior to a 3 day weekend to swap a faulty igniter on my furnace. Mark was cordial and communicative on the issue , and clearly outlined remedy and cost. The value was more than fair. I will engage Mark again if needed for my furnace or hot water heater.
Our heat pump wasn’t working and Mark was there so fast and fixed it. He is the best. So knowledgeable and a really great guy
