My family had a very disappointing experience with DHA Mechanical. My heating unit was only one year old and still under warranty, yet I ended up paying almost $800 out of pocket. A technician spent about four hours sitting on my roof only to determine that the igniter was bad—something that should not have taken that long to diagnose. What upset me the most was the complete lack of transparency. Nobody was upfront about the costs during or after the service visit. I only found out about all the additional fees 4 days later, after we had to call them ourselves to ask when we can get heat back on since it’s in the cold winter months. This level of service work is unacceptable and they should not be used for any warranty work. Between the overpricing, the inefficient troubleshooting, and the poor communication about fees, I do not feel this company operates in a customer-friendly or honest way. I would not recommend DHA Mechanical to anyone looking for fair pricing or clear, upfront service. I believe this company exploits families with their high labor costs on cheap parts under warranty to stay in business.
I bought a new Carrier HVAC system from Dha Mechanical. Both product and installation were of top quality. Follow up service for software issues was spot on and done right away. Can’t say enough good things about Paul Tyler and the entire company.
First and foremost, if it wasn’t for Sheri and her boss Paul being so empathetic to my situation (no air for 5 days at the time) I would not have had the pleasure of working with DHA. Paul managed to squeeze me into his busy schedule the day I called…amazing! On site, he solved one problem only to have technician Jorge find another which required a part that had to be ordered. Once ordered, technician Anthony meticulously completed the repair. I am thoroughly satisfied with DHA’s quality of work, fair price and the exemplary, friendly customer service! Thank you Everyone!
Called for AC service and they sent a representative the following morning. After evaluating the AC system including the attic a micro leak was discovered. The representative discussed the problem, what was necessary to rectify the problem, as well as the cost. We are cool again.
Paul and his team are very helpful and care about their customers. They are very knowledgeable. My house was having heating issues. They diagonised the problem in my HVAC unit in short time, provided fair quotes and completed the work in a timely manner. The office staff is very nice and attentive. I appreciate you all. I would highly recommend DHA Mechanical to anyone!
