Our technician was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and even let me watch him make the repair so I could understand what to look for if it ever happens again. He also went above and beyond by going into our attic to check the airflow because I mentioned our bedroom doesn’t get as much air as the rest of the house. I really appreciated that extra effort! I’ve had two excellent experiences with Dynamic Air over the years. Both times they have been very professional and eager to get things fixed. Recently (6/26) when my AC went out, they were quick to respond and book an appointment a few days after the initial call. They then made repeated attempts to fit me in earlier but my schedule didn’t work. On appointment day, they were on time, quickly identified the problem and repaired it quickly. Can’t recommend them enough.
