Experienced, trustworthy, good communications, excellent diagnostics and service. I had a complicated issue, and I feel lucky that I worked with Herman and his team at Eagle to resolve it. They investigated the issue thoroughly and replaced/installed new equipment as needed. You don't often meet people with so experience and knowledge. They keep you apprised so that you know exactly what's going on, they show up exactly when they say they will,, and they're super reliable. Everything works great now. Highly recommended!
