We had some water damage that required our HVAC system removed and replaced to get the needed repairs done. Zach and Aiden were the technicians who came out to do the work. First, I’m not one to leave reviews but I felt these two more than deserved the time for me to write one. Zach and Aiden were very communicative and explained each step clearly. We had a lapse between the time they removed the equipment and the time they reinstalled it. I called them a day in advance, told them we were homesick and would love to try and get us ahead of schedule. Energy Solutions came through and got to work first thing the next morning. I was in between calls and before I knew it, they were done and testing all the equipment for a final walkthru. First thing I noticed was how clean the reinstall looked. I’m very appreciative when I see people take pride in their work and these two are two of the best. Thank you Zach and Aiden!
Chris and Nick did an exceptional job. Respectful of our home. On time. Were very good about explaining what they were doing during the process. And complete instructions before they left. Had the air conditioner running and house cool before they left.
