Don’t use this company! They replaced my regular water heater with a power vent without giving me the options. What’s worse is that they installed a power vent water heater in June of 2022 that was manufactured in 2016. So the warranty on this unit expired only six months after it’s installed in my house. To make the matter worse, they charge me over $1000 to modify my house to accommodate this power vent Water heater. After only 3 1/2 years having this old water heater, I have to spend another $785 to get a new one installed and won’t modifications needed because it wasn’t done correctly last time. I have reported them to FTC today because they don’t return my calls.
River poneta Beware of this company they are shady. If you have a water heater claim through your home owners insurance they will take advantage of it and overcharge you to make additional money. Wolves in sheep clothing. What they do is overcharge for parts that would easily fit within the total cost/dollar amount the insurance would cover. Then they say this is the portion you owe because it's not covered. When you look into it they won't return your call the get clarity on the charges. It's a stalling tactic because you need a water heater urgently and would have to pay again to have someone else come out and don't know how soon that would be. I had to call the insurance company to even get an idea of any breakdown. They know the insurance system well and make bigger profits by being the insurance company water heater provider (probably under bidding to be the insurance provider with a promised cheaper rate) then making extra money on the back end from the unsuspecting homeowners claiming parts were not covered parts. One example is they charged me over $100.00 for a water heater pan that cost $21.00 from Lowes. This is the same place they were already going to get my water heater. Likewise with the other fittings parts. I found out these parts were around $10-15 each and one being $42.00, but was charged $150.00 each. Charging me a total of $545.00 out of pocket and not allowing the consumer/owner the option of buying them directly from Lowe's themselves. It's all a racket to make more money and screw over the homeowner. Beware of this place.
Outstanding customer service and fast response. I was able to get someone to my house within 24 hrs for a quote and next-day installation when you are ready. Dave and the team are responsive and very customer-centric. Also they were perfectly priced when comparing to other quotes. Highly recommend!
First class company. Andrea in the office made it simple to schedule an appointment; and went above and beyond to ensure our leaking water heater was replaced promptly, as a scheduled surgery date rapidly approached. Francisco, our field technician was thorough, professional, and patiently explained all of the parts he replaced after he finished. I will be calling on this company again. Thank you First Class!
Just had Eli and Luis install a new water heater. They are most efficient and professional team I’ve ever dealt with around water heaters. They came within the predicted schedule window, assessed the state of the old water heater and installed a new one in about 1.5 hrs. Also ha e me recommendations on other things to be aware of in the house based upon the type of build up they saw in the lines.
