We called them after noticing a burning smell whenever the dryer ran for more than twenty minutes. The cleaning crew showed up fully prepared, placed protective mats under the appliance, and disconnected the vent line without making any mess. They discovered a severe lint restriction near the elbow joint, cleared the line completely, and replaced our kinked foil transition hose with a durable metal connector. They were extremely polite, explained the fire safety risks clearly, and charged the exact price quoted over the phone.
Heavy bath towels were taking over two full hours to dry, leaving our laundry room warm and filled with humidity. Their technician ran a high-powered rotary brush straight to the exterior wall exit, dislodging a tight lint plug and bringing our drying times back down to under forty minutes.
I started noticing my dryer was taking much longer than usual, so I scheduled a vent cleaning. The technician removed a surprising amount of lint and completed the job professionally. My dryer is working much more efficiently now.
I recently moved into an older home and wanted the ductwork inspected and cleaned. The difference has been incredible. The house smells fresher, airflow has improved, and I feel much better about the air quality.
The dryer vent cleaning was completed efficiently and with great professionalism. The technician removed all the built-up lint, explained the work clearly, and ensured the vent was operating safely afterward.
