Joe and the Giant team came over and gave us the best experience with installing an AC. Other companies tried to sell us their most premium service without acknowledging the fact that our house just doesn’t need it. As new home owners, it was such a pleasure to work with someone who did a stellar and affordable job! Joe even came back after a couple of days when we shared that we had some issue with the fuse (totally our fault) and fixed it free of charge. Assured us that he’d be happy to do it again if something comes up and kept in touch after then. It’s a great team of people who’re patient and knowledgeable. Would go back to him any day.
Joe is simply awesome and has been our go to person for all HVAC needs. He is very responsive, transparent throughout the diagnosis process, and always does quality work. Would highly recommend him!!
Huge thanks to Joe for coming to the rescue with our HVAC! Super friendly and down-to-earth, he explained what was wrong and sorted it out quickly. The house is finally comfortable again, and we're so grateful. Working with Joe was a breeze - he's efficient, reliable, and just awesome. So thankful for the help!
HVAC systems are very complex these days. Joe of Giant HVAC carefully explained all the various ways to go. Installation was fantastic. Very honest and straightforward. Highly recommend.
Thanks Joe and Team! We recently had a whole house fan installed along with a split AC unit for each half of our home, and we could not be happier with the results! From start to finish, the service was absolutely exceptional. Communication was clear, timely, and professional, every question we had was answered in detail, and we always felt informed about the process. The installation team arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless when they were done. The whole house fan has been a game changer for quickly cooling the house in the evenings, while the split AC units keep each side of the home perfectly comfortable no matter the temperature outside. If you’re looking for top-quality equipment combined with outstanding service and installation, I can’t recommend them enough. This was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish!
