Off the bat the rep was very pushy. I received a call from this company telling me that I'm due for a furnace air filter maintenance and insisted it had to be done tomorrow. They would schedule for someone to come and do maintenance, charge the card on file AND an additional $49 for contract updates. The person calling had already indicated they knew my name. I asked what the name of the company the rep was calling from and they said Green Air and they had our business on file and they've been doing our HVAC maintenance for 15 years. That information is completely incorrect as our business has never heard of Green Air before and are not on our vendors list. They asked me to confirm my name and address, however they called ME so I told them should have my information on file on their end. I asked them to read the address they have on file for us and they read an address I didn't even recognize. They tried to convince me that we had moved addresses and to give them an updated address. This is also not correct as the business has not moved for 30+ years. This definitely felt like a pushy scam. I don't think the actual Green Air business knows scam artists are using their name as a front to con people.

Run!! We chose Nick and this company because he seemed very knowledgeable and his pricing was very competitive. However fast forward years later, when it comes to servicing his warranties he became a nightmare to deal with. So bad, that we chose to pay another company to come fix his companies mistakes. Just read his “ negative review “ responses on yelp and Google and that should be enough. He flat out lies, talking about himself in third person and claiming all his customers are abusive. I highly recommend choosing a more reputable company. I admit his prices are cheap, but you get what you pay for.

I own a small BBQ shop in Clayton. Starting a new business comes with daily challenges that often can only be solved with money I don't always have. One of my biggest recent challenges was a noise complaint over our generator. I spent weeks researching how to convert to battery/solar and trying to find a way to pay for it. Enter Nick (I like to call him St Nick as in Santa Claus) with Green Air. Nick quickly assessed the problem and identified the size of battery I needed, the number of panels, and the installation requirements. A few hours later he drops off a power station and panels as a donation because he "likes to help people in the community." I guess Christmas came early this year:) Thanks, St. Nick!

We didn’t just fix a system—we elevated our whole lifestyle. Can’t recommend Green Air enough!

I just got a call from this company and they were very pushy and trying to get me to do a tuneup on my furnace, And when I said I’d call them back, he asked me like five times if I was available on Monday, or Tuesday or the weekend to set up an appointment, and when I said I’m not available, he said, “where are you going that you are not available?” What nerve of them to have such a pushy appointment setting person!!
