I usually doubt perfect 5-star ratings, but Freon completely earned theirs. My AC/heater combo unit broke, and every other company told me I needed a total replacement, quoting me between $9k and $12k. Freon came out to inspect it, and later that day, they gave me a quote for just $3,000 to repair it. I signed the contract that night, and they were back to do the work just 5 days later on June 19th. The tech replaced the compressor to get it running, but didn't stop there. He thoroughly tested the system, caught a power issue, and replaced the compressor relay and expansion valve to ensure the unit wouldn't break down again. Outstanding service. I'm finally set for the summer and winter. They deserve every single star!
Paul and Mike showed up on time to do the work. They are both very professional and keep my hallway clean after work. They finished their work earlier than schedule. I strongly recommend Freon to anyone who want to have new Mitsubishi Heat Pump HVAC installation. Still wait for Sunnyvale Permit inspection schedule

Kudos to Freon Service for excellence in service and communication. Always SOMEONE will respond immediately and answer questions. We called for a quote and Dennis came out the next day to give us a quote for a whole house HVAC and informed us that San Mateo was offering a rebate, unknown to us. The next week Damon and Vlad installed the system with precision, less dust as possible, removed the old duct system, and finished the work one day ahead of schedule. Vlad answered any questions we had. Thanks to Dennis and Jessica who helped walk us through the process, we received a rebate and 5 year zero percent loan from Peninsula Clean Energy. We highly recommend Freon Service - great teamwork.
