My dryer started making a weird whistling sound, and it was taking forever to get a load of towels dry. Victor arrived and suggested a thorough dryer vent cleaning to see if that would fix the airflow. He found a massive clump of lint mixed with some old bird nesting material right at the exit of the pipe. He cleared it all out and even checked the internal connection to make sure it was sealed tight. Now my dryer is whisper-quiet and finishes a load of heavy jeans in record time. I feel so much better knowing I’m not running a fire hazard every time I do the laundry. He was very polite and even vacuumed behind the machine before he pushed it back into place.
