Flawless experience and exceptional service! This review is way overdue, with the heatwave going on right now we've finally put the system to test for cooling too, so here it goes. I reached out for an estimate on a 3-zone ductless heat pump system. Dmitry responded right away, scheduled a visit and I had a very reasonable quote fast! They handled the city permits, showed up when promised and addressed all my concerns. Initially there was loud vibration inside the house. Dmitry came over a few times to troubleshoot, it took some trial and error but mystery was solved and fully remediated. Very happy with the system, it looks as good and works flawlessly. I can't recommend them highly enough!
