It has been a great experience with Adam from start to finish! Came out several times to survey and discuss options for a heat pump install, was a competitive quote in the end and being it is a local family owned and driven business made it even more appealing. Install was smooth, clean and great communication along the way. All works as expected, can highly recommend Adam and his team!
Start to finish, great great service! Scheduling was a breeze. Natalia quickly got my information and I was on the books in no time. Text updates were clear and precise, as well as the email invoicing portal. Kyle and Daniel were awesome! As a woman home alone I felt very safe. They worked clean and efficiently and made it clear whenever a new situation or timing might effect cost. No surprises. I couldn't be happier to finally have a reliable HVAC contact!
Based on their great reviews, I called AdamEck HVAC when my furnace stopped working. The repairman arrived at my house the morning after I called, immediately diagnosed the issue, and repaired it quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. When I asked whether it was time to replace my furnace, he did not attempt to unnecessarily encourage me to do so and told me there was no reason for replacement at this time. When the time does come for a new furnace, I’ll be calling them again.
