Justin and his employees did an excellent job on replacing my air conditioner. His son and rest of the crew was very professional, polite, on time, made me aware on what they were doing and cleaned up after the days work. I have already recommend to friends and neighbors that need to replace their air conditioner or heating this is the company to use. Best price in town and very honest. Thanks
This is my second review for Jarom and HVAC essentials … I feel compelled to post a second time becuase yet again I received outstanding service. Jarom said to me he can’t resist a good trouble shooting assignment, and he did just that. We were having issues with a system that he did not install but is now servicing. He’s persistent, communicative and made time in his schedule to fit me in on short notice. I could not recommend more highly !
My highest recommendation goes to HVAC Essentials who did excellent work replacing the ductwork in our house and installing a 3-zone thermostat. Justin had to design a retrofit on the air return chamber because the existing couldn’t support the amount of airflow needed to the furnace. This and other issues with our pretty new, 4-year old HVAC system were not properly resolved by a large home maintenance company, so I discovered that with a family-owned business you benefit from their depth of experience. Their crew was professional and courteous. We will be contacting HVAC Essentials for future maintenance.
Replacement of 2 old gas furnaces by 2 new Bryant furnaces plus replacement of 2 old AC units by heat/cold pumps. The owners Justin and Jarom were competent and knowledgeable. The crew were friendly, competent and neat. A minor glitch in the wiring discovered after work completion was fixed the day after. Highly recommended especially if you own Bryant systems
