If you are wanting a new heat pump system for your home, you’ll be in good hands with Aldo and his team! Not only did they professionally install the entire system to cover our 4200 square foot home, when we had a problem they immediately showed up to fix it. Thanks Aldo for a great HVAC experience!
I worked with Aldo recently to install a mini-split heat pump system. He had told me he would complete the installation to code and have permits pulled for the installation. When the permit inspector came a month ago, he informed us that the work done was not up to code, and that Aldo had only applied for the mechanical and not the electrical permit that was also needed. These corrections were then sent to Aldo but he has not made any repairs to correct the installation since. I've been trying to reach Aldo on his mobile phone but he has ghosted me -- not replying to my messages. I hope that by writing this review he will notice and get back to me to fix the installation.
When l used HVAC In Town to install a HPWH, l was confident I’d get top quality service because a few years ago, Aldo was instrumental in installing my mini-split heat pump system, which is running excellently. He is very professional and was attentive to all my questions and needs in choosing the right heater and its placement. This company gives value for money and l definitely recommend it for your home installation needs.
We recently hired Aldo to fix our mini split AC unit, and we couldn't be happier. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Aldo arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained everything in plain terms. They worked efficiently and left our home spotless. The repair was reasonably priced with no surprise charges. We highly recommend Aldo and his team for any HVAC needs – their service is top-notch! We look forward to working with Aldo again once we’re ready to upgrade our AC system.
Aldo and his team installed 6 minisplits (heat and cooling) in our home. Aldo was incredibly thoughtful, communicative, and thorough. He and his team were thoughtful about doing regular walk throughs to make sure we were happy with his work and ensure there was no mess leftover from the job. He was also just a generally kind person that we appreciated in a contractor. Thank you Aldo and team!
