I used All Weather Heating and Air to replace my old HVAC a couple years ago. Their price and service is what made me choose to use them. Their techs are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I like how they take their time to explain what they are doing and also give tips on how to maintain your HVAC system. This review is for my most recent experience with All Weather. I am a realtor and needed a HVAC inspection ($150), so I call All Weather since I had a great experience with them before for my own HVAC system. Art (Arturo) was assigned to the inspection. An email (with the tech’s name and picture) and text was sent when he was on his way which is nice. Art did not rush the inspection and was very thorough. He took time to explain what he was doing and what he was checking for. Also took time to explain what maintenance items needed to be completed. Then provided a thorough report of the maintenance items needed and cost if they were to perform them. Overall, I am very happy with their service and their technicians’ knowledge and professionalism.
Professional, fair and great communication. We probably spoke with over 6 different companies and they were the clear choice. We had a heat pump installed in our home (we only had an original 1970s gas furnace, no ac) and the installation team was wonderful, left our home clean and did great work. We had a great experience. Our AC went out and we called and Gil came out and fixed it temporarily but let us know we needed a new a new HVAC system. They came out the following week and I am so happy with the experience and to have AC. I would 100% recommend!
The All Weather Family took excellent care of our home this winter. When our furnace stopped working, we also discovered a pest infestation in our attic. They coordinated a professional pest company to clean and sanitize the space, which made the process so much easier for us. Our HVAC system needed an upgrade, and we decided to invest in a new system. The pricing was reasonable, and the financing options made it very manageable. They were able to begin work just a few days after the consultation. With the extremely cold weather, I’m truly grateful that everything was completed within just four days. We’re very thankful for their efficiency, professionalism, and care.
