Definitely is not a friendly serving regular customers place. So much easier to get the part from another nearby supplier. The system is back on running no time.

Friendly enough on the phone, but they don't sell to homeowners - they only sell to contractors. This should at least be more clear on their listing. Ideally they would change the policy. So 1 star for the policy, but I'd probably find them just fine if I were a contractor.
