Six years ago, Bellows installed my HVAC system and a Navien tankless water heater in my home. The installation was first-rate, and both systems have performed flawlessly ever since. During a recent inspection, both the HVAC technician and the plumber were efficient, professional, and courteous. This visit was especially positive, and I appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail both technicians brought to the job. The plumber, in particular, went the extra mile by helping diagnose an unrelated issue in my home, which I greatly appreciated.
Our first contact with Bellows was through Suzan, their representative at the Napa Costco. She was very professional and we set up an appointment for an estimate. We've never had any AC and Brian did an excellent job of explaining our options for a split air pump and providing us with an estimate. The cost was less than what we had received from another company last year. Installation was fast and no fuss. From start to finish, it was a good experience and while we wanted the split for cooling, the heating option is surprisingly efficient.
Vinnie was great! He called 10 minutes away to let me know he was coming. He talked me through everything he was doing because I told him next time I wanted to do it myself. He was gracious, polite and did not withhold information because of my intention for next year to do it myself. I also compared the cost for tankless water heater flush with other companies and this was the only one that didn't want to overcharge me. Well worth the money. Would use them again in the future for plumbing needs
This is a very professional company. The plumbers were efficient, skilled and very friendly. From start to finish, every person I dealt with was top-notch. I would highly recommend this company. They replaced my old gas water heater with a new model. They did a great job. They hauled away the old water heater. They left everything clean.
