Barsin and his team at HVACerz did an excellent job installing our air conditioning and furnace unit almost two years ago. While we experienced a few initial glitches, they were prompt in coming out to resolve them. Their pricing was competitive, and their warranty was better than all the other bids we received. Last month, I needed a receipt for the work and called on a Saturday afternoon. Barsin answered immediately, looked up the information, and sent me a copy right away. Barsin was great in explaining and providing my options with free estimates. He answered all my questions. Naheri my main tech came out on time on day of install and worked with electricians to complete the install of my new Heat Pump. Everything is working well and we are happy with the clean professional work HVACerz did.
