Andrew has fixed an issue with both our heater and AC unit. One was a quick fix and the other was more challenging. Each time he was responsive, reliable and fair with his price. Definitely my go to guy now!
My name is Rick Rosa and I reside in Napa Ca. I am about 4 months late in writing this review for the incredible job that the owner Andrew Meeks and his very competent crew of Jesus and Omar did in installing a Mitsubishi Multi Zone Cassette Mini Split System on the second floor of our home. I'm one of those people that when I buy something, I try to familiarize myself with the project before the job starts. Andrew was more than patient with my wife and my multiple questions thru out the process and channeled the job with our interests in mind and not just what was the easiest for them. They were totally meticulous and cleaned up better than could be expected when the job was completed. On top of this Andrew's bid on the installment and equipment was well under a couple of other bids we had gotten. The system on both cooling and heating has worked better than expected in the first 4 months of usage. I was looking to improve indoor air quality in my home. I called several companies to find out about HRV/ERV’s. IAT was the only company that knew what I was looking for. He did a great job on the installation of the HRV and the IQAir filtration system. Prices were fair for the quality of work and the service provided.
Andy was so nice and professional, he installed an A/C unit for us. Unit work perfectly, definitely would recommend him for anyone needing any heating or cooling work done.
