Jason came to the rescue when our old furnace went out over the holiday weekend and another repairman no showed. He immediately picked up when I called, came to diagnose after finishing his other job, and today, only a day later, has us fixed up and warm again. Can’t thank or recommend him enough. I have worked with Justin Clark HVAC over the past 9+ years. When I remodeled my home he replaced all ducting and venting, and installed a new heating system. Several years later he installed a new AC system. In both cases he did excellent work and installed quality equipment. I've had 2 instances when he responded rapidly and with exceptional courtesy. 1. A problem with the thermostat (user error) which he resolved over the phone. 2. An electrical issue (PG&E) which meant the new AC wasn't working. He responded on site within 10 minutes, reset equipment and I've had no issues since. I trust him and have referred him multiple times to friends who have also used his services, with complete satisfaction.
Jason installed our HVAC system in a timely manner. Recommended him a number of times to my neighbors. Will use him for an upgrade soon.
