I decided to replace my central air system with mini-split in each room. It’s a true pleasure working with James from Lunar Air Systems on my project. James is a rare professional who goes above and beyond. From the very beginning, it was clear that James takes great pride in his work. He dedicated ample time upfront and made himself available whenever needed to discuss all possible options for resolving my heating and cooling issues. Unlike other quotes that I got with guesstimate sizing for my house, James carefully inspected my house with multiple visits and produced a formal load calculation report to help me understand what my house truly needs. He drafted multiple proposals to help me find a solution that would fit my budget and needs. He was transparent about costs and thoroughly explained the entire process every step of the way. In addition, what really stood out was his meticulous attention to detail. James doesn’t rush through the job or cut corners. He used only high-quality materials. He holds himself to a high standard and makes sure everything is done correctly and to code. The condensers are properly secured to the ground, all the lines and conduits are securely fastened, connections are watertight sealed, he even built a custom vent cover to make sure everything looks presentable. It’s refreshing to see someone so committed to excellence. Beyond his technical skills, James is also incredibly respectful of my home. He made sure to wear shoe coverings whenever he entered, carefully covered the flooring, and taped off areas to prevent dust from escaping or things from getting damaged. He spent the time to clean up after his job, leaving the space even cleaner than before he started. His commitment to minimizing disruption was impressive. After the installations, James immediately followed up and was eager to troubleshoot any issues. It’s clear he enjoys his work and is genuinely invested in solving problems. His professionalism, attention to detail, and passion for what he does truly set him apart from others in the field.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lunar Air Systems, and I can’t say enough good things about James. His work ethic is outstanding. He meticulously tested the entire pipeline and air conditioning unit with his instruments before fixing the evaporator, ensuring that all other components were functioning correctly. Our HVAC furnace blower fan won't stop even the thermostats are off. After several self inspection, it turned out the issue is so complex that I have to call HVAC technician. The reason we hire Lunar Air are: 1. James is working 24/7, and jump in to a call right away before he visit for diagnosis. 2. His inspection and diagnosis are so detailed that itself worth price just for knowing where the issue is. Debugging is much harder than solving it. 3. James is amazing person if you like to learn about HVAC system, since he could always provide info on "ideal system" v.s. "temporary fix", which I appreciate. 4. Very transparent on pricing, cost of parts ...etc. Turn out his service is totally fair given how much work/time he put in. 5. Lunar Air is 10 mins away from my house, James show up quickly and easy to schedule time. Above and beyond: 1. Besides fixing the issue, we also found a few losing cables and screw inside the HVAC and zoning system. James fixed them right away. 2. His passion to root cause and educate customers are rare find. Advise for anyone considering Lunar Air: 1. Be open to work with James, and learn a thing or two about his suggestions. It may sound intimidating sometimes due to the cost of system upgrade or replace. 2. James could dice very deep on explaining issues. But, do your homework on basic HVAC system. Things may look easy as normal user, but do not expect a simple fix of a HVAC issue. 3. Other may charge you a ton to replace bigger parts, but I felt James's transparency and integrity could actually save you time and money eventually. Really happy to have James fix our heater issue. I would be happy to recommend others to hire Lunar Air!

Don’t need to look any further for your HVAC needs. James is the real deal! He is extremely knowledgeable and will provide you the best service. I had the pleasure working with him for an entire furnace replacement to an electric heat pump in attic, and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
