My HVAC wasn't working 5 years after buying home and I was confused what to do. Many professionals like Trio HVAC told I've to replace the whole AC for 10k-20k! He was busy with other big projects but still came home on a Saturday evening and fixed the issue in 3 hours. He also asked me to claim warranty for a permanent fix.
