Marcucci's quoting process was atrocious and ultimately lost them my business forever. First, Ralph came to inspect for a new AC replacement. Then nearly a month went by without hearing from them on an update. During that time, I would call the office and be told by the administrative assistant that no one was in the office. After threatening to go elsewhere, she finally scheduled Jon to perform another site inspection. I was promised to have a quote within 48 hours, but that came and went. When I called to get an update, I got the same "no one is here" line. Upon telling her that they had just lost my business, she said, "Yeah, I thought we might have." Totally unprofessional and horrible presales service. Go elsewhere.

Marcucci provided us outstanding services! We had our 40+ year old furnace brake down in Feb. 2010 during a major storm (many trees down, mud up your leg, etc.) and they came and installed a new energy efficient furnace from the ceiling due to flooding on the basement floor. This was not an easy job and the furnace has been working well, ever since. They also helped us evaluate the furnace options and PG&E rebates for energy effectiveness to make the project very cost effective. We could not have asked for any better service and they have been doing the annual maintenance ever since.

Excellent service from a technician who knew his business, went the extra mile, and left with the wine cooler working the way it should. I'll call on them again.
