They were at my home one hour after I spoke with him and my leaky kitchen sink pipe was fixes in 15 minutes. In addition, I showed him the rest of the plumbing problems with my copper lines underneath the house and requested a quote. Next day he came with his team and replaced the old piping with high-quality Type A PEX pipe material. I no longer have to worry about any issues with my plumbing for many years to come. We arrived home from vacation to lukewarm water. It was the day of New Year's Eve and we thought we would be without hot water for at least several days. We called Mario. He sent an assistant immediately to assess the problem. Once diagnosed, he said he would come as soon as he finished the job he was working on in Santa Rosa. He and a helper arrived at 4 pm. and worked steadily in the dark and sometimes pouring rain (our installation is in a small outdoor "closet") and mud until around 8 p.m. when the job was finished. We are grateful and pleased to give Mario a 5-star review.
Mario did an incredible job trouble-shooting and correcting my tankless hot water heater blend over problem that I've been fighting with for over 10 years. Others have tried, but none have succeeded until now. In but a couple of hours Mario listen to the problems I was having with my system and corrected everything that I have been frustrated with for so long. I now have full use of all three of my bathrooms and my family can now take showers and enjoy every minute of it. Our kids and I no longer have to fight over the only shower that has worked have way decent in years. My son was so excited to finally be able to take a normal shower that he took a hour long shower, without me know it of course, and the whole family is happy as a clam. FYI- I own a property management business and deal with a lot of plumbers and Mario listens when you talk and does it at a fair price. I'll continue to use his services for years to come. Mario’s great! He went above and beyond to fix a really big plumbing issue when we had called him for something we thought would be quick. Mario spent the whole evening replacing our laundry drain, and he did it on short notice. We’ll be giving him a call back for sure!
