He listened to what I was describing ans hoping for, quickly diagnosed the issues, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and completed the work efficiently and safely. What really stood out was his attention to detail and pride in his work — he made sure everything was done timely annd well and would provide options if funky previous owner diy things were discovered in our old house . He did both minor and major electrical work in our house, and never failed to explain his process, ask pertinent questions, and offer suggestions. Ben ran wire and installed a mini split system with heat pump in our home. System provided much needed heat and A/C in our house. Ben well organized does very neat and clean work. I will be hiring him again.
