On top of that, he went above and beyond with multiple phone calls with our home warranty to approve payment for an out of network repair. LOVE my new heater! My old heater was misbehaving and I contacted Martinico and Sons for assistance. Within a couple days, Adrian performed an inspection. My heater was over 40 years old, out of compliance, and designed inefficiently! Adrian explained pros and cons of several options to have a properly working heater, which helped me to make an informed decision. He is so knowledgeable! Within a couple of weeks, Adrian was back and brought in Toan to help with the demo, upgrade, and install of a new heater with proper piping, duct work and thermostat. It was a lot of work, and they did a wonderful job! I am so happy with my new heater, it’s fantastic! Thank you Martinico and Sons!!
