One big shout out to Carlos at New Age Heating And Cooling, LLC. He sealed off the huge hole between my empty furnace room and the Heat Pump. The mini split Heat Pump was installed leaving a gaping hole around the tubing. A rat climbed in and chewed insulation inside the indoor unit. Carlos cleaned it out and gave me back my AC for now and heat for the winter. One Photos day before my house was 82° inside. I am so grateful to be able to use it again. if you need a HVAC, he’s your man. He’s fast, thorough, efficient and respectful.
Carlos is the BEST. He is knowledgeable, prompt, detail-oriented, and extremely friendly. He also has very reasonable prices and works quickly. I highly recommend working with him for any heating / cooling / duct etc !!! You will not be disappointed. He replaced our central air furnace, ducting, and air conditioning and explained his approach and any roadblocks he ran into very clearly, making it easy to understand and trust his process.

Carlos is easy and great to work with. Very quick to respond and provide a timeline to complete a project. He installed a new AC and furnace unit in my townhome Feb 2026. He provided a fair price and hauled away the old equipment. I’ve already referred him and my father has booked projects with him and is also happy with the results.
