I don't usually write reviews. I was pretty stressed about the situation, and he just came in calm, figured it out, and handled it. He explained things in a way that actually made sense and didn't make me feel like an idiot. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows. We got to talking and I found out he's from Mill Valley and his family as well, which I honestly loved. It made the whole experience feel more personal like you're dealing with a real local who cares.

We had our water heater installed by Petersen a few years ago and it is still doing great, thanks to wonderful annual service visits with Taylor like the one we had today. He is professional, gets the job done, and leaves no mess! Fantastic!
